I also work with people who are ready to take their health and fitness seriously for the long haul, building strength, cardiovascular fitness, and sustainable habits through a longevity lens, so you feel capable and strong decades from now.
I'm a running coach and CSCS-certified strength and conditioning specialist. I'm also an ultrarunner and a registered nurse, and I bring a holistic health perspective to training and performance. I know what health and breakdown looks like from both sides.
