Coaching

For people who want to perform well, stay healthy, and age well.

You don't need to be training for a race to train with intention. This program is built around the four pillars of long-term health: cardio, strength, nutrition, and recovery. This is designed for people who want to feel capable, energized, and strong for decades to come. We'll build a sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition that fits your life. Open to all levels: from people with an athletic background to people just starting on a health and fitness journey.

  • Strength programming focused on building and maintaining muscle
  • Shame-free, curiosity-led nutrition coaching rooted in behavior change principles

Longevity Coaching

A small number of spots available for women ready to train with intention: building strength, improve your running, developing habits that work for your life, and investing in how you feel for decades to come. 

This isn't generic personal training. Every client identifies a strength goal and a cardio goal at the start, and we build everything around those targets.
